Cancellations made less than 48 hours or 2 business days before arrival or departure are non-refundable.
3% of credit card fee is non-refundable for any cancellation.
In case of NO-SHOW, no refund will be made. (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
Any changes to your reservation must be made through our office not less than 2 business days before arrival or departure date and NOT through the driver cell phone. This applies to change of dates, change of time, or delayed arrival.
All requests for changes are subject to vehicle availability.
All amendments less than 2 business days will incur a small fee of 300 Thai Baht.
Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email.
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although hellophuket.net instructs the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
