Reservations and enquiries should be made directly to operation department via Email or Fax.
All reservations requested must be made prior 5 business days by FAX outlining details as follow.
• Destination, schedule, accommodation and the number of passengers of the tours.
• Arrival and Departure flight/destination/time information.
• Meeting point and time for picking up the tour guide.
Trips are confirmed with half payment. Our operation will send confirmation by Fax within 24 hours after the payment

Luggage storage space and luggage responsibility
• Each car has luggage storage space of equipment and it is possible to use it freely and customers have to store by themselves.
• The customer has all the responsibilities concerning luggage
Cancellation.
